  • This stack is served upside down.
  • Run a knife round the outside edge first, then place a board or plate on top. Tip them both over and let the stack fall out. Then put them the right way up again and remove all the packaging – don’t forget to remove the silicon sheet on top!

Try it With:

  • There’s a layer of potatoes in the stack so no additional are needed – just a delicious, fresh green salad and some freshly torn basil leaves
  • For a light supper option, it’s great with a simple medley of steamed, buttery green beans, courgette ribbons and peas
  • This is also delicious slightly cooled, so perfect for putting on a buffet table…or even taken on a posh picnic!

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box, keeping the stack in the tray. Place on a preheated baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 40 mins. Cover with foil to protect the potato slices from browning too much, and put back in for a further 40 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Once cooked, it’s essential to allow the stack to rest for 10 mins. It’s cooked upside down so, once rested, place your serving dish on top and carefully turn it over. Remove the tray and the silicon sheet from the top of the stack. Ensure piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins, cover with foil and pop back in for 15 mins. Allow to rest for 10 mins before serving.
