AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Preheat oven, remove sleeve, pierce film and place tin directly onto the middle shelf of your oven.
Gas Mark 6.
40 mins > remove film > 20 mins
Remove from the oven. For a crisp skin, you can then place the sea bass under a medium grill for 3 to 4 minutes (optional). Be sure to keep a close eye on it! Then leave to rest for 2 minutes.
Using a large serving spoon or fish slice, gently lift out the sea bass fillets, stir the sauce and potatoes together, and serve.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 25 mins, remove film then cook for a further 15 mins.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
