AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Preheat oven. Remove the frittata from the box but keep in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 65 minutes. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.
Gas Mark 5.
Once cooked ensure piping hot, cover with foil and rest the frittata for a full 10 minutes. Then run a knife around the edge and turn it upside down onto a plate, remove the silicone and if the pesto remains on the bottom of the tray get a spoon and spread back on the base. Then carefully flip back over onto another plate to serve.
This frittata can be served cold. Follow the cooking instructions, allow to cool and keep refrigerated until serving. Once cooked, consume within 48 hours.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 40 mins.
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
